“As the world becomes increasingly more dependent on AI technologies in many new industries and functions which were historically of human responsibility, the margin for error widens, and the potential for misuse bares consequences irreparable regarding the facilitation of mass information.
Nevertheless, intervention and regulation from a variety of governmental actors is necessary to contain competing conflicts of interest, and deliver an optimal balance of national state interests, public good, and private sector desires.”

But these actions are not only unlawful, they’re also short-sighted.”
