The Driftless Region of southeastern Minnesota—covering Winona, Fillmore, and Houston Counties—is defined by rugged bluffs, valleys, and dispersed communities that make broadband deployment challenging.

A GIS-informed, consultative approach paired with aerial ADSS fiber enables efficient routing through complex terrain while leveraging existing infrastructure. Combined with state and federal funding programs, this approach makes scalable broadband expansion viable in one of Minnesota’s most difficult-to-serve regions.
